UPP Holdings Limited
The Group holds a 18.75% stake in the share capital of UPP Holdings Limited, a Singapore-based company listed on the Singapore Exchange and engaged in the manufacturing and selling of paper and paper/packaging products.
San Technology Holding Pte. Ltd.
The Group had subscribed for 51% of the share capital of San Technology Holding Pte. Ltd. ("STH"), with the subscription completed on 13 November 2008. STH is thus a subsidiary of the Group with effect from 13 November 2008.
STH is a Singapore incorporated company engaged in the business of developing renewable energy and lubricating oil recycling businesses in China. STH leverages on leading edge nano-technology based Membrane-Separation Technology to process used lubricating oil into high quality base oil which refinery blenders can use as raw material to produce their lubricating oils for the consumer market.
F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd
The Group holds a 3.51% stake in the share capital of F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd, an SGX-listed company. F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd is an industry leader in brand building and management, and in developing retail and distribution networks for international luxury and lifestyle brands across Asia.
Afor Limited
The Group holds a 5.31% interest in the share capital of Afor Limited which is listed on Catalist-NS. Afor Limited is a one-stop premium retailer specializing in the sale of Apple brand products.
