Sustainable design is a major focus across all of our key developments. Whether it is a township, an office building, a school or a hotel, we have turned environmental challenges into design opportunities. We have pioneered new innovations in maximising energy and water efficiency. And have opened up spaces and avenues for active dialogue and learning about buildings, their impact on the environment and the roles users and stakeholders can play.
The design reflects lifelong learning, where there are no start or stop points. The Inspirational Street is the centrepiece, with a circulation spine enabling 10,000 students to navigate easily across four schools. Its sustainable architecture, including one of the largest Green Wall in Singapore, helps to promote a green-conscious culture.More
